These large concho earrings are stunning and very light/comfortable to wear. They are handmade of fine silver (.999) from an impression die with a 20-ton hydraulic press. The process involves heating and cooling the silver, and pressing the silver into a die with a hydraulic press over and over again to get a sharp impression in the silver. The earrings measure 1.5 inches long and 1.25 inches wide. These are one of my favorite pairs of earrings I've created so far.
